Seniority Calculation. There shall be 2 types of seniority; namely Company Seniority and Classification Seniority. (a) Company Seniority shall be determined by an employee’s last date of hire. (b) Classification Seniority shall be determined by the length of service within a classification. Employees shall have as accumulated Classification Seniority only that which was accrued in his/her classification as of 01- Jan-88. Thereafter all Classification Seniority shall be cumulative and maintained for all time in all classifications
