Performance Concerns. 1. If the performance of an Associate Faculty member does not meet expectations as evidenced by student assessment results, administrative observation, or reports from Tenured Faculty, additional student assessments or administrative observations will be conducted at the discretion of the appropriate administrator.
2. As soon as practicable, the appropriate administrator should bring performance issues or behavior that does not meet expectations to the faculty member’s attention.
3. Before a decision not to renew the contract of an Associate Faculty member due to poor performance, the appropriate administrator shall give that employee the option or attending a meeting to discuss performance.
Performance Concerns. 9.1 On identification of concerns about a staff member’s performance, the supervisor and staff member will meet to:
(i) specify and discuss those concerns, taking into account relevant factors;
(ii) attempt to resolve the matters of concern through measures such as guidance, counselling, development and work allocation; and
(iii) discuss and set the timeframe within which concerns are to be addressed.
Performance Concerns. The Association recognizes that abuses of temporary leave or other leaves, chronic tardiness or absence, willful deficiencies in professional performance, or other violation of discipline by a teacher reflect adversely upon the other teachers, and/or the teaching profession, and create undesirable conditions in the school building. Such abuse may be brought to the attention of the Association Building Representative. If the abuse is continued, the teacher shall be subject to appropriate discipline.
Performance Concerns. At the request of Evoke, the Alliance Managers shall discuss in good faith any concerns that Evoke may have regarding the performance of the Sales Force hereunder.
Performance Concerns. 41 At any time during the school/work year, if an administrator/supervisor is concerned that an 42 employee’s work performance needs improvement, the administrator/supervisor will discuss the 43 performance concerns with the employee and state the performance expectations. The expectations for 44 improvement may continue into the next school year. The performance concerns will be discussed 45 privately with the administrator/supervisor. Performance concerns cannot be used to mark an employee 46 unsatisfactory if these performance concerns were not discussed with the employee and communicated 47 in writing.

Performance Concerns. Each employee shall be evaluated once each school year, and anytime an employee’s performance is considered less than satisfactory, which would require the employee to be placed on an improvement plan during the school year. The employee will be notified of the deficiency in advance of being placed on an improvement plan during the school year. The improvement plan will allow a minimum of thirty (30) working days to remediate identified deficiencies. If an employee who is providing direct student services is to be placed on probation, or dismissed prior to attaining regular status, an observation or observations of at least thirty
