Performance Guarantee for DFC Modules and DFC Components Sample Clauses

The Performance Guarantee for DFC Modules and DFC Components clause establishes the supplier's obligation to ensure that these specific modules and components meet defined performance standards. Typically, this involves setting measurable criteria such as efficiency, output, or reliability that the DFC Modules and Components must achieve over a specified period. For example, the clause may require that the modules maintain a certain power output or operational uptime. Its core practical function is to protect the buyer by holding the supplier accountable for the quality and durability of the supplied products, thereby reducing the risk of underperformance or failure.
