Performance of Scope of Services. Consultant shall perform all of the work required by and associated with the Scope of Services in this Agreement in an efficient and expeditious manner and in accordance with all of the terms and conditions of this contract. The consultant shall perform the work in accordance with professional standards and with the diligence and skill expected of a company with extensive experience in the performance of the work of the type described in this Agreement. The consultant shall furnish such personnel and shall procure such materials, machinery, supplies, tools, equipment and other items, technology, and intellectual property as may reasonably be necessary or appropriate to perform the work in accordance with this Agreement.

Performance of Scope of Services. The City hereby contracts with Metro Bowhunters to perform the Scope of Services. Metro Bowhunters agrees to perform the Scope of Services.
Performance of Scope of Services. 1. Description (750 word limit) The Prospective TA should provide an elaboration of the Organization's experience, resources and capabilities related to performing the Scope of Services and achieving the Trust’s objectives. The narrative should specifically address grant program management (including both proposal solicitation, development and evaluation, and project implementation), fiscal/fiduciary management, community engagement/collaboration, and program tracking, recordkeeping and reporting, and should be responsive to the Evaluation Criteria outlined in Section VIII. The description should include proposed staffing of the Organization with stated responsibilities, including the names, titles, and resumes of key individuals.

Related to Performance of Scope of Services

  • Performance of Services The Contractor is responsible for fully meeting all obligations set forth in the Contract and for providing Product in accordance with the Contract or any Authorized User Agreement.

  • Scope of Services The specific scope of work for each job shall be determined in advance and in writing between TIPS Member, Member’s design professionals and Vendor. It is permitted for the TIPS Member to provide a general scope description, but the awarded vendor should provide a written scope of work, and if applicable, according to the TIPS Member’s design Professional as part of the proposal. Once the scope of the job is agreed to, the TIPS Member will issue a PO and/or an Agreement or Contract with the Job Order Contract Proposal referenced or as an attachment along with bond and any other special provisions agreed by the TIPS Member. If special terms and conditions other than those covered within this solicitation and awarded Agreements are required, they will be attached to the PO and/or an Agreement or Contract and shall take precedence over those in this base TIPS Vendor Agreement.

  • Attachment A, Scope of Services The scope of services is amended as follows:

  • General Scope of Services Consultant promises and agrees to furnish to the City all labor, materials, tools, equipment, services, and incidental and customary work necessary to fully and adequately supply the services necessary for the Project ("Services"). The Services are more particularly described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference. All Services shall be subject to, and performed in accordance with, this Agreement, the exhibits attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, and all applicable local, state and federal laws, rules and regulations.

  • Performance of Service 2.1 Appendix A (General Provisions), Articles 1 through 16, governs the performance of services under this contract. 2.2 Appendix B sets forth the liability and insurance provisions of this contract. 2.3 Appendix C sets forth the services to be performed by the contractor.
