Points of Assembly and Work Start Times. (a) Where a work unit is staffed by Employees who are covered by more than one (1) Agreement and where there is a work dependency between such Employees, the start time shall be established for the members having the largest representation in the work unit. (b) When Employees are required to report to a central location in order to be assigned their work location, their workday shall commence from the time they are required to report for assignment.
