PORTABLE TOILETS. Furnish standard size, industrial quality portable toilets and provide associated supplies and sanitary services. Portable units must meet all applicable federal, state, and local codes. Wheelchair accessible units must meet all appropriate accessibility standards. All units shall arrive, and be maintained in a clean and serviceable condition. Units shall include a wall mounted urinal, a bench style toilet with seat and cover, and hand sanitizer dispenser. All units shall contain a multi-roll lockable toilet paper dispenser which shall be filled on every service visit. Units shall provide separate and sufficient ventilation to both the unit and the waste reservoir. All units must contain a waste reservoir with a minimum capacity of 45 gallons. Contractor is responsible for maintaining units in clean, sanitary, and good working condition and free of objectionable odors. Service will be determined by the Incident Management Team (e.g., what units will be serviced and schedule for servicing). All service calls will be paid in accordance with the “Service Call” pay item in D.21.8.1 and labeled as "Service Calls" on the resource category form. In addition, mileage to and from the incident for these Service Calls will be paid in accordance with the “Mileage” pay item in D.21.8.1 and labeled as “Mileage” on the resource category form. Service shall include removal and disposal of all waste in accordance with state and local law, as well as removal and disposal of trash in and around the unit, cleaning of the unit inside and out (units shall be clean and free of streaks and markings), repairing any damage, refilling with chemicals, stocking of toilet paper, hand cleaner and other consumables when applicable. WHEELCHAIR ACCESSIBLE PORTABLE TOILETS shall meet the specifications stated above with the following exceptions or additions. Urinals are not required in accessible units. PORTABLE TOILETS. Hundreds of portable toilets including ADA units, are located throughout the downtown site. Most are located in the alleyways halfway down each numbered street between the Strand and Mechanic and the Strand and Harborside Drive. All others are very visible and easy to locate.

Silver Poplar Studios LLC includes the residence of the Owners as well as several out- buildings which are not included in the facilities available to the Wedding Party. Only those areas and facilities specifically enumerated in this contract, subject to the described limitations, are available to the Wedding Party. Please clean up and/or report any spills, accidents or damage promptly. The Client shall be responsible for insuring that all lights, doors, and appliances are shut down and secured after the last guest has departed or retired, no later than midnight. Trash and recyclable receptacles are available for use only by registered guests in the cottages, and are insufficient to accomodate the residue of the Wedding Party, nor will the local garbage service accept such residue from the property. Consequently, the Client shall be responsible for the removal of all property brought onto the premises, plus all trash and recyclables, of either the Wedding Party or its caterers and vendors, on the Ending Date of this contract. If the Ending Date falls on a weekend, then the following business day shall be available for pick up of property by vendors. In any event, trash and recyclables must be removed by the Ending Date, and may be transported to, and disposed of, at the local garbage facility. Caterers and vendors shall have access to the property between the hours of 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM only, unless advance arrangements have been approved by the Owners. PORTABLE TOILETS. Numerous of portable toilets including ADA units, are located throughout the venue and the Biker Mall. All others are very visible and easy to locate. This service is provided by the Clean Vibes. Several hundred trash cans will be scattered throughout the site and maintained by their personnel. We are scheduled for routine cleaning and servicing during the event and overnight.
PORTABLE TOILETS. A. Each unit shall include a minimum of but is not limited to the following: 1. A urinal and toilet seat; separated from one another. Seat cover will be hinged and in working order. 2. Working lock system. Units with altered equipment will not be accepted, i.e., hook and eye as replacement for locking mechanism. 3. Provide and restock toilet tissue, minimum of two (2) rolls per day. 5. Refill hand sanitizing dispensers. 6. Perform repairs that have been reported by using agency. 7. Upright any overturned unit at no additional charge. 8. Remove graffiti that have been reported by using agency. D. ADA wheel chair compliant portable toilets must accommodate wheel chair access and shall offer assistance devices such as handrails and extra space for wheel chair transfer.
