Posting and Notification Clause Samples

The Posting and Notification clause establishes the procedures and requirements for delivering formal communications between parties, such as notices, updates, or other important information. Typically, it specifies acceptable methods of delivery—such as email, postal mail, or in-person delivery—and may outline when a notice is considered received, for example, upon dispatch or actual receipt. This clause ensures that both parties have a clear, agreed-upon process for exchanging critical information, thereby reducing the risk of misunderstandings or disputes about whether and when notifications have been properly made.
