Power Lines. Operator shall have the right to install overhead power lines on the Strip in accordance with the COM and approved City drilling permit. Owner maintains and reserves the right to grant power line easements to third parties as same may be necessary, provided that such easements will not unduly interfere with Operator’s operations thereon.
Power Lines. Kern River shall not use or permit to be used on the Property, construction cranes or other equipment that violate the clearance standards set forth in the NESC, OSHA or High Voltage Overhead Line Safety Act . Grantee shall not place any temporary spoils within a thirty (30) foot radial clearance from any overhead power line unless otherwise approved by Rocky Mountain Power in writing in advance. The storage of hazardous materials is prohibited within the Property. At no time shall Kern River transport or place materials or equipment of any kind that exceed fourteen (14) feet in height, or that creates a material risk of endangering Rocky Mountain Power’s facilities, or that poses a risk to human safety, under or adjacent to any overhead power line. At no time shall Kern River operate any equipment or vehicle exceeding fourteen (14) feet in height under or adjacent to any overhead power line; furthermore, any vehicle or equipment exceeding fourteen (14) feet in height during operation shall maintain a twenty (20) foot radial clearance from any overhead power line. ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇’s use of the Property shall comply with the clearance standards set forth in the NESC, OSHA and High Voltage Overhead Line Safety Act.
Power Lines. Electric and communication lines between Wind Turbines shall, to the maximum extent practicable, be placed underground.
Power Lines i) Operator will consult with Owner and with the independent power company supplying power to Operator with respect to the location of overhead power lines prior to construction. Overhead power lines will be constructed so as to cause the least possible interference with Owner's visual landscape and Owner's existing and future ranching operations, and, to the maximum extent possible, overhead power lines will be constructed along fence lines or property lines. Construction shall not begin unless Owner has consented to the location of such power lines. ii) All power lines constructed by Operator downstream of the independent power company's meters shall be buried and all power line trenches shall be fully reclaimed and reseeded to the satisfaction of Owner. For buried power lines, Operator shall pay Owner a one-time payment of $ per rod unless such power line is installed in the same ditch and at the same time as the pipelines described herein, in which case there will be no duplication of payment.
Power Lines. A high voltage electric transmission power line may be located on or near the property transferred hereby. It is possible that such power lines may cause adverse health effects in Lessee and users of property near such power lines.

Power Lines. Any power lines constructed on the Land shall be buried and constructed and maintained to the following specifications: a. Operator will consult with Owner and with the power company supplying power to Operator regarding the location of power lines prior to construction, and Operator shall obtain Owner’s written consent, which shall not be unreasonably withheld by Owner, before any power lines are installed. Power lines shall be constructed to cause the least interference reasonably possible with Owner’s existing and identified future uses of the Land. In addition, to the maximum extent reasonably possible, power lines will be constructed along the access road right-of-way, if one exists, or along fence lines or property lines. No power line will be located where it will interfere with any existing or identified future uses by Owner. b. Subject to compliance with any guidelines and policies of the power provider, within two (2) months after a well has been placed on production, all power lines constructed by or for Operator downstream of the power company’s meters shall also be buried, and all power line trenches shall be fully reclaimed and reseeded to the reasonable satisfaction of Owner. Power lines shall be installed at least forty-eight (48) inches below the surface of the ground. c. In the event Operator installs power lines on the land, upon the request of Owner, Operator agrees, to the extent feasible, to facilitate the connection of structures on the Land to the power lines.
Power Lines. Subject to Section 2 above, any buried or overhead power lines constructed on the Lands shall be constructed and maintained to the following specifications: (a) Operator will consult with Owner and with the independent power company supplying power to Operator with respect to the location of overhead power lines prior to construction, and shall obtain Owner’s written consent for such locations which consent shall not be unreasonably withheld. Overhead power lines will be constructed so as to cause the least interference reasonably possible with Owner’s visual landscape and Owner’s existing and planned future uses of the Lands, and, to the maximum extent reasonably possible, overhead power lines will be constructed along fence lines or property lines. All overhead power lines will be located in a manner to minimize or avoid interference with Owner’s existing or future uses of the Lands. No overhead power line will be located where it will interfere with Owner’s existing or planned future uses of the Lands planned by Owner at the time of construction of overhead power lines. Owner shall be entitled to receive payment from Operator’s electricity provider for overhead power lines. (b) Subject to compliance with any guidelines and policies of the power provider, within two months after a well has been placed on production, all power lines constructed by or for Operator downstream of the independent power company’s meters shall be buried, and all power line trenches shall be fully reclaimed and reseeded to the reasonable satisfaction of Owner. Buried power lines shall be installed at least 48 inches below the surface of the ground, and shall be constructed in such a manner to safely permit Owner to construct roads and utilities over such power line in such locations as may be designated by Owner. (c) Operator agrees that it will not construct overhead power lines that will interfere with irrigation in those portions of the Lands which are developed or are being irrigated or cultivated or which may, in the future, be developed or irrigated or cultivated or which are fallow as part of a crop rotation or management program.
