The Practice Development clause outlines the expectations and provisions related to the growth and advancement of a professional practice within an organization or partnership. Practice Development. With Practice’s assistance, Manager shall periodically develop and implement business plans, marketing plans and other strategic initiatives for the growth and improvement of Practice’s business and service lines. To the extent that any expansion plans involve expansion, renovation, or development of additional office space, Manager shall also provide project development services consisting of site visits to determine the feasibility of potential sites, development of preliminary plans to assess whether programmatic requirements are met by the space(s) under consideration, coordination of leasing negotiations and the architectural, engineering and other consultants necessary to produce lease and contract documents, bidding of the contract documents, coordinating the work of the general contractor, ordering all equipment, furnishings and fixtures to be furnished by Manager and arranging for delivery and installation of same, and managing the start-up of new locations.
Practice Development. Business Manager shall assist Practice in -------------------- its practice development and efficiency. Practice and Physician-Shareholder believe that they have the capacity to perform substantially more surgeries than are presently being done. Business Manager shall develop and implement marketing and practice development strategies with the intent of increasing the number of surgeries performed by Practice and Physician-Shareholder.
Practice Development. With Practice’s assistance, Manager shall periodically develop and implement business plans, marketing plans and other strategic initiatives for the growth and improvement of Practice’s business and service lines provided that such plans and initiatives shall be approved by Practice prior to implementing to the extent required under applicable California law, including but not limited to, the corporate practice of medicine as set forth in the Medical Practice Act as codified at Section 2000 et seq., of the California Business and Professions Code. Such plans and initiatives shall be subject to the Practice’s approval prior to implementation to the extent they impact the clinical care provided by or on behalf of Practice, as reasonably determined by the parties. Practice Development. The Fellowship programme offered by the unit will then be assessed by the RCS Senior Clinical Fellowship Scheme, once a formal approval application has been received. Fellowship approval is given for a maximum of three years at a time, and is subject to a reapproval process for renewal at the end of this time period.

  • Software Development Software designs, prototypes, and all documentation for the final designs developed under this agreement must be made fully transferable upon direction of NSF.
