PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS a. Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in police science, law enforcement, criminal justice, public administration or a closely related field;
b. Current First Aid and C.P.R. certificates that meet the requirements of Title 22, or equivalent (Required within 12 months);
c. Basic Boating Safety and Enforcement certificate (Required within 24 months [Division of Boating and Waterways]);
d. Current Law enforcement training at or above that which is required in the Department’s Use of Force Policies and Procedures (Penal Code 832 with firearms or equivalent); POST Basic Certificate preferred. (Required within 12 months);
e. Current OUPV –Operator, 6 passenger with Commercial Assistance Towing as defined by US Coast Guard (Required within 36 months).

State of Florida Certified Pump Operator State of Florida Certified Fire Officer I State of Florida Aerial Operations Course MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS OR STANDARDS REQUIRED TO PERFORM ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS Physical Requirements; Must be physically able to operate a variety of fire and emergency medical related apparatus and equipment, including such firefighting and emergency response equipment as pumps, ladders, aerial ladders, air compressors, self-contained breathing apparatus, extrication tools ("jaws of life"), hand tools, electric tools, hydraulic tools, pneumatic tools, axes, shovels, two-way radios, etc. Is able to establish and maintain effective working relationships as necessitated by work assignments. Has physical strength and agility to perform prolonged and arduous work under adverse conditions when required. Requires ability to ascend and descend ladders, stairs and ramps using feet or hands and arms. Requires ability to maintain body equilibrium to prevent falling when walking, standing, bending, stooping or crouching.

PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS. 2.2.1 Master’s degree (University Master, PhD or other Higher Education Courses relevant to the vacancy announcement) additional to the minimum requirements indicated in point 2.1.3 above;
2.2.2 Further previous work experience with DGCS / MAECI and / or AICS and / or international organizations and / or OSC and / or other public and private subjects in activities similar to those covered by this notice;
2.2.3 Previous experience managing EU-funded projects, grant and tender processes, and knowledge of rules, regulations and procedures in use by the EU (e.g. reporting obligations; PRAG);
PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS. Six Sigma Black Belt Certification
PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS a) Scientific production in the aforementioned scientific areas;
b) Experience and mastery of management tools;
c) Experience in managing scientific journals;
d) Mastery of science financing instruments in Portugal and Europe;
e) Knowledge of communication content production tools;
f) Experience in collecting and inserting bibliometric data, knowledge of indexing systems and scientific information management;
g) Social media management experience.
PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS. Five years experience as an Engineering Technician I
PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS. Three to Five years experience in a manufacturing customer service role, inside international sales or equivalent
PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS. ASQ (American Society for Quality) certification, with special consideration for CQE and Six Sigma, as evidenced by certification number in your resume. Recently expired certifications will be considered.
