Preliminary Design Services Sample Clauses

The Preliminary Design Services clause defines the scope and requirements for initial design work to be performed before full project development begins. Typically, this clause outlines the specific tasks, deliverables, and timelines associated with early-stage design activities, such as site analysis, conceptual drawings, or feasibility studies. By clearly establishing expectations for preliminary design efforts, the clause ensures that both parties understand the foundational work to be completed, thereby reducing misunderstandings and facilitating a smoother transition to subsequent project phases.
