Preparation of Invoices. Consultant will prepare an invoice in accordance with Consultant’s standard invoicing practices and submit the invoice to Owner. Invoices will be prepared on a percentage complete basis.

In addition, Westwood may, without liability, after giving seven (7) days written notice to Client, suspend Services under this Agreement until Westwood has been paid in full all amounts due for Services, expenses, and other related charges. Payments will be credited first to interest and then to principal. Westwood has the right to employ such persons or professional service providers on a consultant basis to mitigate its damages.
