During the preparation and construction period of the Joint Venture, a preparation group should be set up directly under the Board of Directors, which shall consist of three (3) persons, one (1) from Party A and two (2) from Party B. The staff organization of the preparation group and their salaries and expenditures shall be entered into the construction budget upon approval of the Board of Directors. 10.5. The preparation group shall be canceled upon the approval of the Board of Directors after the construction is completed and the procedure of transfer is implemented.

The Strategy will set the tone and direction for all communication activities, key messages, target groups and products, enabling all key stakeholders and partners to move forward with unified actions and one voice.  The Strategy's launching stage will envisage the strategy's presentation for final validation from CzDA and GIZ.  After getting approval for the Strategy, the contractor should elaborate a Communication Action Plan for the whole project, which, in phase III, should be extended with Communication Action Plans as annexes for the two Awareness-raising campaigns on CzDA’s and ▇▇▇’▇ sides separately. The contractor is expected to conduct the initial scoping and researching process, analyze and evaluate key stakeholders' content and needs, and review the received inputs. Based on the relevant analysis of the provided background strategic information, the contractor is expected to elaborate a comprehensive Communication Strategy, considering two or three separate Awareness-raising campaigns or one campaign with different phases envisaged through the project.   • Preparation Awarded vendor shall not begin a project for which TIPS Member has not prepared the site, unless awarded vendor does the preparation work at no cost, or until TIPS Member includes the cost of site preparation in a purchase order. Site preparation includes, but is not limited to: moving furniture, installing wiring for networks or power, and similar pre-installation requirements. Registered sex offender restrictions: For work to be performed at schools, awarded vendor agrees that no employee of a sub-contractor who has been adjudicated to be a registered sex offender will perform work at any time when students are, or reasonably expected to be, present. Awarded vendor agrees that a violation of this condition shall be considered a material breach and may result in the cancellation of the purchase order at the TIPS Member’s discretion. Awarded vendor must identify any additional costs associated with compliance of this term. If no costs are specified, compliance with this term will be provided at no additional charge. Safety measures: Awarded vendor shall take all reasonable precautions for the safety of employees on the worksite, and shall erect and properly maintain all necessary safeguards for protection of workers and the public. Awarded vendor shall post warning signs against all hazards created by the operation and work in progress. Proper precautions shall be taken pursuant to state law and standard practices to protect workers, general public and existing structures from injury or damage.

  • Construction Work The regulation at 41 C.F.R. § 60-1.3 defines “construction work” as the construction, rehabilitation, alteration, conversion, extension, demolition or repair of buildings, highways, or other changes or improvements to real property, including facilities providing utility services. The term also includes the supervision, inspection, and other onsite functions incidental to the actual construction.

  • Preparation Period During the preparation period, a teacher will have no other assignment except in an emergency situation. It is recognized that the preparation period is a scheduled part of the teacher's work day and the teacher is expected to be in his/her respective Building. If the teacher must leave the Building during his/her preparation and/or lunch period, he/she must notify the Building switchboard operator.

  • Preparation Periods 31-1 The School District agrees to maintain daily preparation periods during the student day in all junior and senior high schools. At schools where block scheduling is in effect, the total preparation time provided shall be equal to the preparation time provided at schools not operating on a block schedule. 31-2 The School District shall maintain at each elementary school a minimum of two hundred and fifty (250) minutes preparation time per week per teacher, during the students’ instructional day, in not less than forty- (40) minute blocks. Each elementary school shall be allocated and assigned library aide hours per school day in accordance with the following schedule: This aide time is provided in addition to the assigned media clerk time. Library aide time is guaranteed for the school year once set on a school year basis. There will be no changes in library aide time allocated due to fluctuation in enrollment. This provision for allocating library aide time will only remain as part of this Agreement if librarians are used to provide preparation time to elementary teachers. 31-3 Preparation time provided for in this Article shall be utilized by teachers in a manner which enables further development and refinement of professional skills and for instructional effectiveness. 31-4 Although it does not relate to any mandatory subject of bargaining, the School District states that it is its aim and objective to establish a maximum class load of thirty (30) students in grades 4, 5, and 6. ▇▇-▇ ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ may direct use of teacher preparation periods if such directed use is infrequent, advance notice is given and the District’s use of the teacher’s preparation period must not consume an entire period.

  • Demolition work (i) As of 1 March 2024 where Employees are directly performing demolition works that would require a demolition permit that allows the performance of such work, they will receive the amount of $9.70 per hour or the site allowance, whichever is the greater. This allowance will be adjusted annually in accordance with CPI (All Groups, Melbourne) movements measured in the twelve month period ending the previous December quarter effective as of 1 March 2025, rounded to the nearest 5 cents. (ii) As of 1 March 2024 where Employees are employed in connection with, and on work, with employees of demolition contractors (ie. working within the demolition zone and/or subject to the additional disabilities arising from that demolition), they will receive the amount of $8.70 per hour or the site allowance, whichever is the greater. This allowance will be adjusted annually in accordance with CPI (All Groups, Melbourne) movements measured in the twelve month period ending the previous December quarter effective as of 1 March 2025, rounded to the nearest 5 cents.
