Prior Practices Clause Samples

Prior Practices. This Agreement shall supersede any existing rules, letters of understanding, regulations, or practices of the Employer, which shall be contrary to or inconsistent with its terms.
Prior Practices. The parties acknowledge that practices may develop from time to time at one or more of the district’s facilities. The practices in effect prior to July 1, 1997 shall not be binding on the parties unless they are expressly incorporated, in writing, herein.

Prior Practices. All other rights, benefits and privileges enjoyed by employees which are not specifically provided for or abridged in this Agreement are hereby protected by this Agreement, including but not limited to any rights, benefits and privileges bestowed on the employees by laws of the United States, laws of New Jersey, Civil Service Laws of New Jersey or City Ordinances of Linden.
