Private Utility Locating.  Advanced Underground Utility Locating (AUU) will coordinate 811 Utility Locate services to get owners to locate as much of their facilities as possible.  AUU will utilize electromagnetic, static, diode, and ground penetrating radar equipment to field locate and ▇▇▇▇ underground utilities within the proposed sewer alignments on private properties within the Crown Villa RV Park and Quail Ridge properties, as well as field locating required for the new service on ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Road.  City staff will obtain any necessary rights‐of‐entry approvals for access to private property prior to conducting any field investigations.  City will coordinate any approvals required for survey or utility locating within the public right‐ of‐way.   • PREVAILING WAGE RATES - PUBLIC WORKS AND BUILDING SERVICES CONTRACTS If any portion of work being Bid is subject to the prevailing wage rate provisions of the Labor Law, the following shall apply:

  • Project or Building Name and Signage Landlord shall have the right at any time to change the name of the Project or Building and to install, affix and maintain any and all signs on the exterior and on the interior of the Project or Building as Landlord may, in Landlord’s sole discretion, desire. Tenant shall not use the name of the Project or Building or use pictures or illustrations of the Project or Building in advertising or other publicity or for any purpose other than as the address of the business to be conducted by Tenant in the Premises, without the prior written consent of Landlord.
