Professional Organization Sample Clauses
The Professional Organization clause defines the requirement for a party, typically a service provider, to maintain membership or good standing with a recognized professional body relevant to their field. This clause may specify which organizations are acceptable, require proof of membership, or set standards for ongoing professional development. Its core function is to ensure that the party possesses the necessary qualifications and adheres to industry standards, thereby providing assurance of competence and professionalism to the other party.
Professional Organization. The Board agrees to pay for one membership per teacher in a professional organization up to a maximum of $20.00 related to such teacher's area of specialization.

The Payette Education Association President will authorize the use of these days prior to administrator approval for leave. Leave beyond these 10 days may be taken by the employees’ use of Personal Leave.

When a PEA member is selected or elected to an officer position with either the Idaho Education Association or National Education Association, the employee will be granted leave necessary to fulfill the obligations of the position beyond the 10 days referenced above. The employee will notify the District of intent to run or accept an officer position prior to the appointment or election to allow them ability to mitigate impact on student achievement loss due to teacher leave.

A principal may attend the annual state conference associated with their professional organization each year. The School District shall pay all legally valid expenses and fees for the Principal’s attendance at said conferences, including but not limited to, travel, lodging, food, registration fees, etc.
