PROGRAM IMPROVEMENT Clause Samples

The Program Improvement clause establishes a framework for ongoing enhancement and refinement of a program or service during the term of an agreement. Typically, it outlines the process by which parties can propose, review, and implement changes aimed at increasing efficiency, effectiveness, or quality, such as updating procedures, incorporating new technologies, or responding to feedback.
