Program Leads. (a) Canoe and the Supplier will each designate a representative from its organization with the authority and competence to coordinate and manage its contributions to the Program on such Party's behalf (each a "Program Lead"). (b) Once each quarter, or as otherwise reasonably requested by either Party, the Program Leads shall formally review the progress of the Program including any problems, concerns, results and any other information material to the progress and success of the Program. Such review shall occur by teleconference at a time mutually agreeable to the Program Leads.
Program Leads. The purpose of the faculty program lead role is to support the mission, vision, values, diversity statement, and strategic plan of the College. Program leads support division and department efforts by serving as liaisons between and among faculty and administration and by coordinating faculty input and supporting effective communication. Program lead duties are advisory and do not constitute supervision of other faculty, but rather leads make recommendations to their supervising administrators. Program lead duties may include: • Preparing the annual schedule • Reviewing and finalizing quarterly schedules • Recommending adjunct hires to the ▇▇▇▇ or supervising administrator • Coordinating onboarding and mentoring of adjuncts and new tenure track hires • Supporting College communication with faculty • Act as a single point of contact for questions from other units of the College. Leads are selected by the administration and serve for a period of 3 years. A lead may reapply for the position every 3 years. Program leads will receive 1/3 reassigned time to carry out their non-instructional duties. As approved by the appropriate Vice President, additional work performed during the summer will be compensated at the hourly or service unit pay rate specified in Appendix A.
Program Leads. On or as soon as practicable after the Effective Date (but in all cases prior to the first meeting of the JRC), each of BIND and Pfizer will designate one of its individual employees to serve as that Party’s lead and primary point of contact for matters related to the coordination of Design/Preclinical Collaboration Project activities and such other activities that require coordination between the Parties (such as manufacturing related activities) (each, a “Program Lead”). The Program Leads will also serve as co-chairpersons of the JRC with responsibility for generating JRC meeting schedules and agendas and other administrative matters related to the conduct of JRC meetings, but will not have any decision-making authority. A Party will have the right to change its Program Lead and designate a different one of its individual employees to serve as that Party’s Program Lead by providing written notice thereof to the other Party.
Program Leads. Faculty program leads provide leadership for academic programs. WCC defines a program as all or substantially all of a body of coursework leading to or contributing to a degree or certificate. Program Leads are selected by the vice president for instruction or appropriate administrator. 1. Program lead duties include all of the discipline lead duties outlined in Appendix C. 2. Additional program lead duties may include those listed in Appendix D. 3. Specific lead duties and associated compensation will be outlined and agreed to by the program lead and appropriate administrator. These contract responsibilities and associated will be available from the instruction office.
Program Leads. Program Leads are professors who have been assigned administrative, non-supervisory duties to develop and recommend classes; coordinate assessment activities; recruit, interview, and recommend adjunct faculty to the ▇▇▇▇ or supervising administrator; facilitate new adjunct faculty orientation; act as first point of contact for students with questions about course prerequisites, etc.; participate in student recruitment and advising; disseminate information to and from faculty; facilitate budget‌‌ development and make recommendations to the ▇▇▇▇ or supervising administrator; provide input to the faculty evaluation and program review processes; as well as other duties required by the specific program or discipline. Program leads will receive 1/3 reassigned time to carry out their non-instructional duties. As approved by the appropriate Vice President, additional work performed during the summer will be compensated at the hourly or service unit pay rate specified in Appendix A.‌ Any exceptions to these guidelines will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis by the ▇▇▇▇ or supervising administrator, Vice President for Instruction and President.‌

A Party will have the right to change its Program Lead and designate a different one of its individual employees to serve as that Party’s Program Lead by providing written notice thereof the other Party.
Program Leads. Each party shall designate one project manager (each, a “Program Lead” and together, the “Program Leads”) to report and discuss issues with respect to the provision of the Transition Services. The Program Leads shall meet to discuss the performance of the Transition Services as often as reasonably necessary to ensure the orderly provision of the Transition Services, and in any event at least monthly, and shall have authority to address and remedy problems related to the provision of the Transition Services. Initially, Provider’s Program Lead, for purposes of this Agreement, shall be J▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, and Recipient’s Program Lead, for purposes of this Agreement shall be T▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, VP TTEC Engage Operations. Each party shall designate a successor Program Lead in the event that a designated individual is not available to perform such role hereunder.

Related to Program Leads

  • Program Manager Owner may designate a Program Manager to administer the Project and this Contract. In lieu of a Program Manager, Design Professional may be designated to perform the role of Program Manager. The Program Manager may also be designated as the Owner’s Representative, and if no Owner’s Representative is designated, the Program Manager shall be the Owner’s Representative.

  • Program Development NWESD agrees that priority in the development of new applications services by WSIPC shall be in accordance with the expressed direction of the WSIPC Board of Directors operating under their bylaws.

  • Program Overview Microsoft extends to eligible partners the opportunity to participate in the Program referenced above subject to these Program Terms & Conditions (“Program Terms”). Each entity participating in the Program is hereinafter referred to as a “Participant.” Participation in the Program is voluntary. The Program is governed by the Program Terms, which incorporate by reference the Microsoft Partner Network Agreement (as in effect between Microsoft and Participant, the “MPN Agreement”). Capitalized terms used but not defined in these Program Terms have the meanings assigned to them in the MPN Agreement. These Program Terms are subject to local requirements and may vary by jurisdiction, and Participant retains sole discretion to set pricing for sales of applicable products.
