Common use of Program Managers Clause in Contracts

Program Managers. Throughout the Term of this Agreement, each Party shall designate a qualified employee as its Program Manager hereunder (“Program Manager”) and shall notify the other Party of such designation in writing. Each Party’s Program Manager will be a liaison with overall responsibility for managing such Party’s performance under this Agreement and with respect to the coordination of efforts and the initial resolution of problems and disputes under this Agreement. The parties will endeavor to maximize efficiency by allowing their technical, product management, support, marketing and other personnel who have primary responsibility for the Party’s performance to deal directly with their counterparts in the other Party on the matter at hand without need to contact the Program Manager first.
