The Program Outreach clause defines the responsibilities and methods for promoting or publicizing a specific program to its intended audience. Typically, this clause outlines which party is responsible for outreach activities, the types of outreach methods to be used (such as advertising, informational sessions, or digital campaigns), and any requirements for approval of outreach materials. Its core practical function is to ensure that the program receives adequate visibility and engagement, thereby maximizing participation and achieving the program’s objectives.
Program Outreach. A. VENDOR will use DISTRICT approved logos on any printed material for public distribution. Program materials must be submitted to DISTRICT for approval, prior to use.
Program Outreach. Program outreach is an activity conducted by workforce boards to educate the public about services available and how to access those services. Program outreach also includes activities designed to inform and recruit individuals that have particular needs and have been targeted for services. Federal regulations allow costs associated with advertising to conduct program outreach activities. Allowable advertising includes TV and radio spots, billboards, spots on transit media, signage, social media, websites, brochures, etc. Program outreach should be a coordinated activity that support and benefits the various workforce grants operated by the local workforce development boards.
Program Outreach. Institution shall take all reasonable steps to enroll a maximum number of students allowed by its student/instructor ratio for each new Program class which will begin at least once per year. MBUSA does not provide or guarantee internships for students in connection with the Program, but will endeavor to connect Institution with authorized Mercedes-Benz dealers and encourage such authorized Mercedes-Benz dealers to develop an internship plan with Institution for students of the Program. Institution shall maintain a positive working relationship with all authorized Mercedes-Benz dealers throughout its recruiting range during the term of this Agreement. Institution shall also use best efforts to facilitate the internship placement into applicable automotive positions at an authorized Mercedes-Benz dealership for as many Program students as such Mercedes-Benz dealership can accept.
Program Outreach. 1. Oregon Law Center shall develop and utilize an outreach plan to assure that those communities most impacted by eviction are aware of and benefit from this Program. a. This outreach plan shall include, but is not limited to, use of social media platforms, community partner network, direct mailings, and targeted outreach to tenants with eviction court filings. b. This outreach plan shall be shared with PHB for review and input. 2. Oregon Law Center shall engage in conversations with Multnomah County Circuit Court and seek to have a court-house presence during eviction proceedings to perform outreach to tenants about the Program.

Program Outreach. Contractor shall promote the use of the Master Agreement, including but not limited to what opportunities and/or challenges does Contractor see in working with NASPO ValuePoint, steps to increase on-line booking usage and what goals Contractor has to meet in the first year if awarded a contract.

  • Program Overview Microsoft extends to eligible partners the opportunity to participate in the Program referenced above subject to these Program Terms & Conditions (“Program Terms”). Each entity participating in the Program is hereinafter referred to as a “Participant.” Participation in the Program is voluntary. The Program is governed by the Program Terms, which incorporate by reference the Microsoft Partner Network Agreement (as in effect between Microsoft and Participant, the “MPN Agreement”). Capitalized terms used but not defined in these Program Terms have the meanings assigned to them in the MPN Agreement.   • Public Outreach The Sponsor is responsible for development and administration of a public outreach effort to ensure public awareness and involvement in the Project development and delivery process. The Sponsor shall provide a copy of the public outreach plan and all materials documenting the public outreach activities, including public notices, press releases, flyers, etc. to the Authority. The public outreach plan must accompany the first invoice for payment from Sponsor. The materials documenting the public outreach activities must accompany the final invoice for payment from Sponsor.

  • Product Development (a) Supplier may develop enhancements it intends to incorporate into the BioGlue Surgical Adhesive during the term of this Agreement that have potential application to the Company Product (“Enhancements”). Unless otherwise agreed by the parties, at least once every six months during the Term, representatives of each of BioForm and Supplier shall hold a meeting in accordance with Sections 4.4 and 8.4 (the “Product Development Meeting”) at which Supplier will present Enhancements for BioForm to consider for application to the Company Product. At such Product Development Meeting, BioForm will also present its marketing plans (pursuant to Section 4.4) for the period and any information or feedback that BioForm reasonably believes may lead to Improvements. Within 30 calendar days following each Product Development Meeting, Supplier shall deliver a notice to BioForm (the “Enhancements Notice”) that shall describe the Enhancements that were presented by Supplier at such Product Development Meeting. Within 30 calendar days following receipt of the Enhancements Notice, BioForm may notify Supplier in writing if BioForm elects that any Enhancement described in the Enhancements Notice shall become an Improvement. If BioForm does provide such notice to Supplier during such 30-calendar day period, then BioForm and Supplier shall agree on a timeline for implementation of the Improvement in new Product Specifications for Company Product. If BioForm does not provide such a notice, said Enhancement shall not be implemented into the Company Product. The Enhancements Notice may also describe any potential Enhancements presented by Supplier at the Product Development Meeting, but BioForm shall not be required to take any action under this Section 8.4 with respect to such potential Enhancements until such time as they are presented by Supplier as Enhancements at a future Product Development Meeting. All Enhancements and potential Enhancement information provided by Supplier shall be considered Supplier Confidential Information. (b) From time to time, each party may request the other party to participate in joint projects to develop Improvements. (c) In the absence of a Development Agreement, (i) BioForm and Supplier shall retain joint ownership of Intellectual Property rights in which there is joint inventorship by BioForm (or its Affiliates) and Supplier, as determined in accordance with United States patent law, with Supplier’s rights in such joint ownership being subject to the license rights of BioForm under this Agreement, (ii) any Intellectual Property rights related to the Company Products, Enhancements, and Improvements that are created solely by employees or consultants of Supplier during the Term shall be considered to be Intellectual Property rights of Supplier, subject to the license rights of BioForm under this Agreement, and (iii) any Intellectual Property rights related to the Company Products and Improvements that are created solely by employees or consultants of BioForm or any of its Affiliates during the Term shall be considered to be Intellectual Property rights of BioForm. BioForm hereby grants to Supplier a perpetual, royalty free, world-wide, nonexclusive license to Supplier under such Blocking Intellectual Property to make, use, and sell such Intellectual Property outside the Field. “Blocking Intellectual Property” for the purposes of Section 8.4(c)(iii) shall mean Intellectual Property necessary for Supplier to make, use, or sell SA Product.
