Program Policies. We may change the Program Policies from time to time by updating our website. Your participation in the Partner Program is subject to the Program Policies, which are incorporated herein by reference.

Program Policies. Dealer understands and agrees that, in exchange for the opportunity to obtain rebates under this Program pursuant to the terms and conditions of the Agreement, Dealer is required to comply with the obligations set forth in this Exhibit B.

2. In the event of a campus or regional emergency or disaster, all VANPOOLs will need to remain at the work site until all PASSENGERs can be contacted. Any ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ may leave prior to the departure time, if all PASSENGERs have been able to arrange for other transportation. TAPS cannot provide individual rides to PASSENGERs.
3. PASSENGER gives the University of California, Santa ▇▇▇▇, the absolute right and permission to use their likeness, in any media including but not limited to, photograph(s), video(s), and/or interview(s)] in its promotional materials and publicity efforts for the VANPOOL program. PASSENGER understands that the photographs(s), video(s), and/or interview(s) may be used in a publication, print ad, direct-mail piece, digital media, or other form of promotion. PASSENGER releases the UNIVERSITY, the photographer, videographer, and/or writer, their offices, employees, agents and designees from liability for any violation of any personal or proprietary right PASSENGER may have in connection with such use.
Program Policies. A. All vanpool participants must officially enroll in the Vanpool Program through TAPS. Enrollment requires completion of a TAPS Permit & Program Application, payment or authorization of payment method, and signed Driver AGREEMENT. PASSENGER agrees to pay fees in the amount of $ , hereinafter defined as MONTHLY FEE. Participants must turn in any existing quarterly or annual parking permits when they officially enroll in the Vanpool Program.
▇. ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ drivers volunteer to drive and receive discounted fares based upon the percentage of time spent driving. UNIVERSITY requires DRIVER to satisfy UNIVERSITY and State of California driving, training, licensing, and safety requirements.

D. When a van is in need of a DRIVER, a person qualified to be a DRIVER who agrees to be a Primary DRIVER, Co-DRIVER or Back-up DRIVER will be given a permanent space over all others on a vanpool waiting list. To ensure efficient operation of a vanpool, if permanent space is not available, the qualified DRIVER will be enrolled on a stand-by basis until a permanent space is available and will drive when necessary.

The Program Policies with respect to any Program Type, including the Program Qualifications and Program Benefits described therein, are subject to change in Our sole discretion; provided, however, that the Program Benefits will not be materially decreased, and the Program Qualifications shall not be materially altered, for You during a term for which You have paid fees for the applicable Program Level. You are responsible for reviewing the Program Policies regularly.

Program Policies. The adopting organization commits to a three-year period, cleaning up their playground three-times each year. These cleanups need to be scheduled for the early spring and summer. A sign with the name of your group will be placed near the playgrounds, indicating your public service adoption for three years.
Program Policies. Driver Limitations: Passengers understand and acknowledge that DVS drivers must be able to maintain sight of their vehicle at all times while on duty. Drivers may be able to offer minimal assistance, between the exterior/lobby door and the vehicle only; for example extending an arm for stability, deploying the vehicle’s ramp or lift, and using the proper securement devices to make sure all riders are safe and secure. Should you need additional assistance please plan and travel with a personal care attendant. Drivers are unable to enter a residence (including the garage), enter a building to look for a passenger, access driveways, or lose sight of their vehicles. Drivers cannot assist with personal care, carrying bags or other items, or accept any form of tips. ● Drivers may assist with seat belts. ● Drivers may provide minimum, non-weight bearing assistance. Minimum non-weight bearing assistance is defined as a driver extending an arm or stabilizing the mobility device while the customer moves in and out of the mobility device. Drivers are not able to push someone in a wheelchair, including up/down ramps. ● Drivers are prohibited from lifting or carrying customers. ● Drivers are not allowed to control the movement of a mobility device. ● Drivers cannot assist passengers who use mobility devices up or down steps or ramps. Passengers must have someone available at the pickup and drop-off location to help negotiate obstacles. ● DVS drivers are not a substitute for law enforcement or medical professionals. In the event of any medical emergency, or need for medical transport, please call 911. If you have a fever or are bleeding, please seek medical attention before boarding DVS services to protect yourself and others.
