Common use of Program Resources Clause in Contracts

Program Resources. The Program resources shall consist of a common capital fund known as the “Regional Fund for Agricultural Technology” or the “Fund” which shall be made up of: (i) Contributions from Members; (ii) Additional contributions, bequests and donations made for the purpose of increasing the Fund, with the approval of the Board of Directors (the resources contemplated in subparagraphs (i) and (ii) of this Section shall constitute the “intangible capital” of the Fund); (iii) Additional contributions, bequests and donations made for the purpose of directly financing research programs, or to accomplish the Program’s goals, when explicitly agreed upon by the donor and the Board of Directors; and (iv) All income derived from the abovementioned resources and all other income from any other source.
