Prohibited Data Sample Clauses
The Prohibited Data clause defines specific types of data that parties are not allowed to share, process, or store under the agreement. Typically, this includes sensitive information such as personal health records, government-issued identification numbers, or data protected by strict privacy laws. By clearly outlining these restrictions, the clause helps prevent legal and regulatory violations, ensuring that both parties avoid handling data that could expose them to significant compliance risks.
