It typically outlines the roles and responsibilities of each party, the methods of communication, and the processes for sharing information and resources. For example, it may specify regular meetings, joint decision-making procedures, or shared access to project documents. The core function of this clause is to ensure effective cooperation and coordination between parties, reducing misunderstandings and promoting the successful completion of the project.
