Project or Program Manager. Also referred to in this Agreement as “Program Management Team” or “PMT”. HAS, EPM and PMSS professionals or firms employing professionals, engaged by City to be the Director’s authorized representative for administration of the Work. Titles used within City’s departments may be different from those used in this definition. Unless otherwise designated by Director, references in the Contract Documents to the Project or Program Manager shall refer to Director. More than one Project or Program Manager may be under contract with the City.
Project or Program Manager. Contracting Party has hired a project or program manager (each, a “Project Manager”) separate from the Project Architect to oversee and review all aspects of the Theater Phase, the cost of which shall be included as a Project Cost.

  • Contractor Project Manager The Contractor Project Manager shall serve, from the Effective Date, as the Contractor project manager and primary Contractor representative under this Agreement. The Contractor Project Manager shall (i) have overall responsibility for managing and coordinating the performance of Contractor’s obligations under this Agreement, including the performance of all Subcontractors; and (ii) be authorized to act for and bind Contractor and Subcontractors in connection with all aspects of this Agreement. The Contractor Project Manager shall respond promptly and fully to all inquiries from the JBE Project Manager.

  • Program Manager Owner may designate a Program Manager to administer the Project and this Contract. In lieu of a Program Manager, Design Professional may be designated to perform the role of Program Manager. The Program Manager may also be designated as the Owner’s Representative, and if no Owner’s Representative is designated, the Program Manager shall be the Owner’s Representative.
