The Project Presentation clause outlines the requirements and procedures for formally presenting the project's progress, results, or deliverables to relevant stakeholders. Typically, this clause specifies when presentations must occur, who must attend, and what materials or information should be included, such as progress reports, demonstrations, or visual aids. Its core function is to ensure transparent communication and provide stakeholders with an opportunity to review, assess, and give feedback on the project's status, thereby promoting accountability and alignment throughout the project's lifecycle.

Project Presentation. A Government 3.0 Project Presentation (Figure 17) is an integral part of the different dissemination tools designed to support the project’s dissemination efforts.
