PROJECT RULES AND REGULATIONS. 1. It is agreed that the Contractor may implement reasonable project rules and regulations, and such rules and regulations shall be distributed to all employees on the project.
2. It is understood that these rules and regulations shall not be inconsistent with the terms of this Agreement.
3. Violations of the project rules and regulations are just cause for disciplinary action subject to Article VII (Grievance Procedure) of the Agreement.

Lessee shall maintain rules and regulations for the Project applicable to the use and occupancy of the Project by residential tenants, which shall include a prohibition against smoking in housing units, common areas, and community facilities on and around the Project and the area within twenty (20) feet of each individual building of the Project and any entrance, exit, window, and ventilation intake that serves an enclosed or partially enclosed area where smoking is prohibited, but excluding designated smoking areas, if any, and otherwise in accordance with Hawaii Revised Statutes Chapters 328J and 356D, as may be amended or repealed and replaced from time to time.

Tenant and Tenant’s Invitees shall comply with the rules and regulations of the Project attached as Exhibit C-1 and such other reasonable rules and regulations adopted by Landlord from time to time; provided that no such rules and regulations shall materially adversely affect Tenant’s use of the Premises or materially alter Tenant’s rights under this Lease.
PROJECT RULES AND REGULATIONS. All Tenant Parties must comply with the Project Rules and Regulations (as changed from time to time as hereinafter provided) attached as Exhibit C. --------- Landlord may at any time change the Project Rules and Regulations or promulgate other Project Rules and Regulations as Landlord deems advisable for the safety, care, cleanliness, or orderliness of the Project so long as no change materially adversely affects the rights or obligations of Tenant under this Lease. No changes are effective until a copy of the changes is delivered to Tenant. Tenant is responsible for the compliance with the Project Rules and Regulations by all Tenant Parties. Landlord shall use reasonable efforts to enforce compliance by all other tenants with the Project Rules and Regulations from time to time in effect, but Landlord Parties are not responsible to Tenant for failure of any person to comply with the Project Rules and Regulations. The provisions of this Lease will control if there is a conflict with any existing or future Project Rules and Regulations.
PROJECT RULES AND REGULATIONS. A. It is agreed that project rules and regulations will be limited to safety and security, and will be prepared and distributed among the employees on the job by the Company, provided such rules do not conflict with or contravene terms of this Agreement.
B. It is further agreed that violation of these project rules and regulations is direct and just cause for disciplinary action, including immediate discharge, subject to Article 8, Grievance Procedure.
PROJECT RULES AND REGULATIONS. Unless expressly agreed otherwise between the Parties, any Project shall be governed – in the order of pri- ority, unless provided otherwise in the Project Agreement or by mandatory law, and in each case as may be amended from time to time – by
(a) the Project Agreement including its Annexes,
(b) these Terms and Conditions,
(c) the KIC RawMaterials Internal Agreement of 04 December 2015,
(d) the Grant Agreement,
(e) the Partnership Agreement,
(f) the Rules of Participation for Horizon Europe and other EU rules and regulations
(g) the law applicable. Provided that where these T&C and/or the KIC RawMaterials Internal Agreement of 04 December 2015 are in conflict with or contain less stringent provisions than the GA2023-2025 EIT RM and/or the PA 2021/EIT/EIT RawMaterials, the GA2023-2025 EIT RM or PA 2021/EIT/EIT RawMaterials, as the case may be, shall prevail. The Recipient acknowledges and agrees that in these T&C , certain conditions of the GA2023-2025 EIT RM are transposed in the legal arrangement between the KIC LE and the Recipient, in order to ensure that the KIC LE shall meet its obligations and exercise its rights (including those towards the EIT) under the GA2023- 2025 EIT RM.
PROJECT RULES AND REGULATIONS. The sidewalk, entries, and driveways of the Project shall not be obstructed by Tenant, or its agents, or used by them for any purpose other than ingress and egress to and from the Premises.
