PROJECT RULES. The Project Management Firm and the Contractors shall establish such reasonable Project rules as are appropriate for the good order of the Project, provided they do not violate the terms of this agreement. These rules will be explained at the pre-job conference and posted at the Project site and may be amended thereafter as necessary. Failure of an employee to observe these rules and regulations shall be grounds for discipline, including discharge. The fact that no order was posted prohibiting a certain type of misconduct shall not be a defense to an employee disciplined or discharged for such misconduct when the action taken is for cause.
