PROJECT RULES. The Prime Contractor and the Contractors shall establish such reasonable Project Work rules that are not inconsistent with this Agreement or rules common in the industry and are reasonably related to the nature of work. These rules will be explained at the pre-job conference and posted at the Project Work sites and may be amended thereafter as necessary. Notice of amendments will be provided to the appropriate Local Union. Failure of an employee to observe these rules and regulations shall be grounds for discipline, including discharge. The fact that no order was posted prohibiting a ce1iain type of misconduct shall not be a defense to an employee disciplined or discharged for such misconduct when the action taken is for cause.
