Proof of Vehicle Ownership. If you own the vehicle(s) you are registering for the Local Residents’ Discount Scheme you must provide a clear A4 copy or a legible scan or image of the vehicle(s) V5 document (Registered Keeper) that shows that the vehicle is registered to the application name and address. If the vehicle(s) you wish to register for the Local Resident Discount Scheme is a company vehicle or a lease vehicle, you must send a clear A4 copy or a legible scan or image of one of the following dependent on your vehicle type:
