Proper Disposal. Applicant shall ensure the proper disposal of Consumer Sentinel Network information. i. For Consumer Sentinel Network information that has been saved in a paper format (e.g. printed documents), Applicant must ensure that such documents are burned, pulverized, or shredded in a manner that ensures that the information cannot practicably be read or reconstructed. ii. For Consumer Sentinel Network information that has been saved in an electronic format, Applicant must destroy or erase Consumer Sentinel Network information in a manner that ensures that the information cannot practicably be read or reconstructed. Proper erasure of electronic information must include the overwriting or “wiping” of the information from the electronic media on which it is stored.
Proper Disposal. All arrangements for proper disposal of removed ties shall be the responsibility of the selected Contractor. The Contractor shall provide documentation of proper disposal upon request.
Proper Disposal. Customer will utilize all reasonable efforts to recycle scrap and commercially unusable materials to avoid disposal of materials in landfill sites whenever possible. Customer will cooperate with TerraCycle on determining methods to dispose of any materials supplied by TerraCycle or off-spec/leftover products made with materials supplied by TerraCycle.

  • Slash Disposal Purchaser’s timing of product removal and preparatory work shall not unnecessarily ▇▇- ▇▇▇ slash disposal. Specific slash disposal measures to be employed by Purchaser are stated in C6.7 and are in ad- dition to Required Deposits for slash disposal.

  • Trash Disposal Tenant shall provide trash bins or other adequate garbage disposal facilities within the trash enclosure areas provided or permitted by Landlord outside the Leased Premises sufficient for the interim disposal of all of its trash, garbage and waste. All such trash, garbage and waste temporarily stored in such areas shall be stored in such a manner so that it is not visible from outside of such areas, and Tenant shall cause such trash, garbage and waste to be regularly removed from the Property. Tenant shall keep the Leased Premises and the Outside Areas in a clean, safe and neat condition free and clear of all of Tenant's trash, garbage, waste and/or boxes, pallets and containers containing same at all times.
