Be very careful to ▇▇▇▇ down all pertinent information including furniture status, ceiling condition, excessive tack holes in walls, countertop condition, or carpet/floor stains. Failure to submit any changes to this form into the Housing Office may result in charges for damaged or missing items that you did not have any part in.
