Proposed Use Clause Samples
The "Proposed Use" clause defines the intended manner in which a product, service, or property is to be utilized under the agreement. It typically outlines specific activities, purposes, or operational parameters that are permitted, such as using leased equipment solely for business operations or restricting a property to residential use. By clearly stating the acceptable uses, this clause helps prevent misuse or unauthorized activities, thereby protecting the interests of both parties and reducing the risk of disputes over improper use.
