Proposer Response. At Exquisite Staffing Solutions, communication first starts within our internal team. Our internal office staff communicates daily with our clients and nurse healthcare providers. This allows us to determine any foreseeable issues or conflicts that may arise. Weekly, we will conduct a more in-depth touchpoint meeting involving clients, nurse healthcare providers, recruiters, staffers, accounts payable and receivables, human resources, and the CEO. These meetings discuss delivery and performance, as well as risk management. ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, Program Manager, will be the point of contact responsible for all performance inquiries. Additionally, Exquisite Staffing has a complaint process for our customers and employees to identify issues as they arise. Regarding change, Exquisite Staffing Solutions is founded and 100% privately owned by ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇. There are no potential foreseeable changes for Exquisite Staffing Solutions in the near future. Should there be any changes to our internal team, those changes would be communicated to HVS 30 days in advance.
