Provisioning of Unbundled Loops. The following coordination procedures shall apply for conversions of "live" Telephone Exchange Services to unbundled Network Elements 9.6.1 Focal shall request unbundled Loops from Ameritech by delivering to Ameritech a valid electronic transmittal Service Order (a "Service Order") using the Ameritech electronic ordering system (as defined in the Unbundling Product Guide) or another mutually agreed upon system. Within forty- eight (48) hours of Ameritech's receipt of a Service Order, Ameritech shall provide Focal the firm order commitment ("FOC") date according to the applicable Performance Interval Dates set forth in Section 26.1 by which the Loop(s) covered by such Service Order will be installed. 9.6.2 Ameritech agrees to coordinate with Focal at least forty- eight hours prior to the due date a scheduled conversion date and time (the "Scheduled Conversion Time") in the "A.M." (1200 midnight to 1200 noon) or "P.M." (1200 noon to 1200 midnight) (as applicable, the "Conversion Window). 9.6.3 Ameritech shall test for Focal dial-tone ("Dial Tone Test") on Focal's Virtual Collocation-digital Loop carrier during a window not greater than forty-eight (48) hours but not less than eight (8) hours prior to the Scheduled Conversion Time (or New Scheduled Time as applicable). Ameritech shall perform the Dial Tone Test on Focal's Virtual Collocated digital Loop carrier at no charge until June 1, 1997. Thereafter, Focal may request Ameritech to perform such Dial Tone Test on a time and materials basis at Ameritech's then current rates. If a conversion interval exceeds sixty (60) minutes and such delay is caused solely by Ameritech (and not by a contributing Delaying Event (as defined in Section 26.4)), Ameritech shall waive the applicable Line Connection Charge for such element. If Focal has ordered INP with the installation of a Loop, Ameritech will coordinate the implementation of INP with the Loop conversion during the sixty (60) minute interval at no additional charge. 9.6.6 If Focal requests or approves an Ameritech technician to perform services in excess of or not otherwise contemplated by the Line Connection Service, Ameritech may charge Focal for any additional and reasonable labor charges to perform such services.

9.6.1 Focal 9.7.1 Cox shall request unbundled Loops from Ameritech BA-RI by delivering to Ameritech BA- RI a valid electronic transmittal Service Order (a "Service Order") using the Ameritech BA-RI electronic ordering system (as defined in the Unbundling Product Guide) platform when available or another mutually agreed upon system. Within forty- eight two (482) hours business days of AmeritechBA-RI's receipt of a Service Order, Ameritech BA-RI shall provide Focal Cox the firm order commitment ("FOC") date according to the applicable Performance Interval Dates set forth in Section 26.1 Schedule 8.2 by which the Loop(s) covered by such Service Order will be installed.
9.6.2 Ameritech 9.7.2 BA-RI agrees to coordinate with Focal accept from Cox at least forty- eight hours prior to the due date a time the service request is submitted for scheduled conversion of hot cut unbundled Loop orders, a desired date and time (the "Scheduled Conversion Time") in the "“A.M." ” (1200 midnight 12:01 a.m. to 1200 12:00 noon) or "“P.M." ” (1200 noon 12:01 p.m. to 1200 12:00 midnight) (as applicable, the "Conversion Window)) for the hot cut.
9.6.3 Ameritech 9.7.3 BA-RI shall test for Focal dialCox dial tone at the POT bay by testing through the tie cable provisioned between the BA-tone RI main distributing frame and the Cox expanded interconnection node twenty-four ("Dial Tone Test"24) on Focal's Virtual Collocation-digital Loop carrier during a window not greater than forty-eight (48) hours but not less than eight (8) hours prior to the Scheduled Conversion Time (or New Scheduled Time as applicable). Ameritech shall perform the Dial Tone Test on Focal's Virtual Collocated digital Loop carrier at no charge until June 1, 1997. Thereafter, Focal may request Ameritech to perform such Dial Tone Test on a time and materials basis at Ameritech's then current rates. Ameritech shall not perform any Dial Tone Test on any Focal Physically Collocated digital Loop carrierTime.
9.6.4 9.7.4 Not less than one hour prior to the Scheduled Conversion Time, either Party may contact the other Party and unilaterally designate a new Scheduled Conversion Time (the "New Conversion Time"). b) If Focal Cox requests the New Conversion Time, Focal Cox shall be assessed a Line Connection Charge in addition to the Line Connection Service Order Charge that will be incurred for the New Conversion Time.
9.6.5 9.7.5 Except as otherwise agreed by the Parties for a specific conversion, such as large cut overs of ten lines or more that have negotiated intervals, the Parties agree that the time interval expected from disconnection of "BA-RI=s “live" ” Telephone Exchange Service to the connection of an unbundled Network Element at the Focal Cox Collocation interface point node’s POT bay will be accomplished within a window of time which is sixty (60) minutes or less, including translations. If a conversion interval exceeds sixty (60) minutes and such delay is caused solely by Ameritech BA-RI (and not by a contributing Delaying Event (defined as defined (a) a failure by Cox to perform any of its obligations as set forth in Section 26.4the Agreement (including, without limitation the Implementation Schedule and the Joint Grooming Process); (b) any delay, act or failure to act by a Customer, agent or subcontractor of Cox; (c) any Force Majuere Event; or (d) such other delay, act or failure to act as upon which the parties may agree.)), Ameritech BA-RI shall waive the applicable Line Connection Service Order Charge for such element. If Focal Cox has ordered INP with the installation of a Loop, Ameritech BA-RI will coordinate the implementation of INP with the Loop conversion during the sixty (60) minute interval above stated intervals at no additional charge.
9.6.6 If Focal requests or approves an Ameritech technician to perform 9.7.6 Either Party may charge the other Party for any additional and reasonable labor charges associated with the performance by the Party=s technicians of services in excess of or not otherwise contemplated by the Line Connection ServiceService Order charge, Ameritech may where such services are requested or approved by the other Party or are reasonably necessary to provide the service contemplated by the Service Order.
9.7.7 If as the result of end user actions, (i.e., Customer not ready (CNR)), BA-RI cannot complete requested work activity when a technician has been dispatched to the site, Cox will be assessed a non-recurring charge Focal for any additional and reasonable labor charges associated with this visit. This charge will be the Premises Visit Charge as specified in BA-RI P.U.C. - R.I. - No.15 Tariff.
9.7.8 Until such time as the PUC approves an unbundled network element non-recurring Service Order Charge, an interim non-recurring service order charge shall apply on a per Loop basis. The interim service order rate is stated in Exhibit A. Any payments by Cox resulting from this section will, at Cox=s request, be subjected to perform a true-up to the RI PUC=s final rates, to the extent that Cox has requested such servicestrue-up under the terms of this Agreement.

Ameritech shall perform the Dial Tone Test at the Focal Collocation interface point will be sixty (60) minutes or lessno charge for one Contract Year. If a conversion interval exceeds sixty (60) minutes and such delay is caused solely by Ameritech (and not by a contributing Delaying Event (as defined in Section 26.4))Thereafter, Ameritech shall waive the applicable Line Connection Charge charge CLEC for such element. 9.6.6 If Focal requests 2.2.7 Requests for maintenance or approves an repair of unbundled Loops are initiated using the industry standard (electronic bonding) interface (EBI) and are handled by the Ameritech technician Unbundling Service Center (“USC”). The USC works with local Ameritech personnel to perform services in excess of or not otherwise contemplated by any manual testing that may be required to isolate the Line Connection Service, Ameritech may charge Focal for any additional and reasonable labor charges to perform such servicestrouble.
