Public Project Sample Clauses
The Public Project clause defines the terms and conditions under which a project is designated as a public project, typically involving government or community funding and oversight. This clause outlines the responsibilities of the parties involved, such as compliance with public procurement laws, transparency requirements, and reporting obligations. Its core function is to ensure that the project adheres to legal and regulatory standards applicable to public initiatives, thereby promoting accountability and proper use of public resources.
Public Project. The Parties agree and acknowledge that the Project is a public project and the Project will be used for public purposes and all of the Trade Contractor Work hereunder is in furtherance of a public project.
Public Project. The agreements of the Parties are based on the understanding that neither the bidding requirements of the California Contract Code nor the prevailing wage requirements of the California Labor Code (collectively, the “California Public Contract Regulations”) apply to the development and installation of the System or the provision of Products. Notwithstanding the foregoing, to the extent the California Public Contract Regulations are applicable to this Agreement, Seller shall comply with the same in connection with the installation of the System and the provision of Products on condition that the amounts payable to Seller for the Products (including any Termination Charge) are equitably increased to reflect the additional costs associated with compliance with California Public Contract Regulations.
Public Project. Customer makes no representation as to the applicability of the bidding requirements of the California Contract Code nor the prevailing wage requirements of the California Labor Code (collectively, the “California Public Contract Regulations”). Notwithstanding the foregoing, to the extent the California Public Contract Regulations are applicable to this Agreement, Tesla shall comply with the same in connection with the installation and operation of the Deliverables.
