The Quality Management Manager must, at a minimum, be responsible for directing the activities of the MCO’s quality management staff in monitoring and auditing the MCO’s internal procedures to ensure a health care delivery system of the highest quality. This Manager must assist the MCO’s compliance officer in overseeing the activities of the MCO operations to meet the State’s goal of providing health care services that improve the health status of the Hoosier Healthwise members. Quality Management Manager. Shall be an Iowa licensed registered nurse, physician or physician’s assistant or a Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ) by the National Association for Health Care Quality (NAHQ) and/or Certified in Health Care Quality and Management (HCQM) by the American Board of Quality Assurance and Utilization Review Physicians. The QM Manager is shall oversee the Contractor’s Quality Management and Improvement program and ensure compliance with Quality management requirements and Quality improvement initiatives.

  • Quality Management Grantee will: 1. comply with quality management requirements as directed by the System Agency. 2. develop and implement a Quality Management Plan (QMP) that conforms with 25 TAC § 448.504 and make the QMP available to System Agency upon request. Staff training; ii. Self-monitoring activities guided by System Agency, including use of quality management tools to self-identify compliance issues; and iii. Monitoring of performance reports in the System Agency electronic clinical management system.

  • Quality Management System Supplier hereby undertakes, warrants and confirms, and will ensue same for its subcontractors, to remain certified in accordance with ISO 9001 standard or equivalent. At any time during the term of this Agreement, the Supplier shall, if so instructed by ISR, provide evidence of such certifications.
