RATIFICATION AND. IMPLEMENTATION Representatives of management for the City and representatives of the Association have met on a number of occasions and have conferred in good faith, and exchanged proposals concerning wages, hours, fringe benefits and other terms and conditions of employment of employee members represented by the Association. The City representatives and the representatives of the Association have reached an understanding as outlined in MOU which was ratified by the Association membership. This MOU constitutes a mutual recommendation to be jointly submitted to the City Council for adoption. After the City Council acts, by majority vote, to formally approve this MOU, the City Council shall enact any necessary amendments to City Ordinances or Resolutions consistent with this MOU.
