RDOs. Full-time office staff in the bargaining unit will be entitled to every third Friday off under the following conditions: 1. Employees must be available to provide required coverage during operating hours of all departments and offices. Standard hours of opening are 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. 2.
