Receiving Inspection. Receiving inspection activities shall be established and maintained in a written procedure. These activities are to confirm or to otherwise verify that incoming articles conform to specified requirements. When other than 100% inspection is performed, the sample size is to be determined based on the risk of accepting the lot when it should have been rejected. Only published sampling plans may be used (i.e., ANSI/ASQC Z-1.

Receiving Inspection. GTECH plans to conduct receiving inspection and test on all OEM components. GTECH will 100% inspect and test the first seven (7) consecutive lots of VENDOR Products for visual, mechanical, electrical and other types of compliance as specified. After the initial seven (7) lots have been qualified, GTECH plans to conduct receiving inspection using MIL-STD-105E, General Inspection Level I, with an AQL of 1.0 for normal sampling inspection. If Product performance fails to meet this level of compliance at receiving inspection, GTECH may (a) recover all costs associated with continued unacceptable quality by taking a credit against the purchase price of the Products or (b) allow VENDOR the option of providing timely resources on-site at GTECH to correct the unacceptable quality condition. These costs are typically related to sorting, testing, packaging, handling, freight and source inspection expenses in support of receiving and in-process inspection and test.

Receiving Inspection. ADVA is entitled to carry out a receiving inspection of the Products delivered within reasonable time (but not more than [**] days) after Delivery. The purpose of the receiving inspection is to establish that the Products comply with the Purchase Order. Receiving inspection shall be deemed to have been successfully performed in case no deviations from the order are recorded. If ADVA discovers non-conformities from the requirements stated in the Purchase Order in question, ADVA shall immediately report the non-conformities to Acacia in writing and ADVA shall not have the obligation to pay the Products until Acacia’s delivery is in conformance with the Purchase Order. The fact that ADVA or its representative has not during the receiving inspection brought any defect to the attention of Acacia or its representative shall not relieve Acacia from its obligations under this Agreement including warranties.

Receiving Inspection. As a minimum, the receiving inspection will cover the following requirements for inspection of incoming equipment and materials including items supplied by Company. ● Shipping Damage Inspection; ● Item Inspection; ● Disposition of Received Items; ● Site Handling and Storage.

Receiving Inspection. Upon delivery to Greenwich of any Engine to be Repaired, Greenwich shall accomplish a standard receiving inspection to include, as applicable: (a) borescope inspection; (b) Component inventory; (c) filter contamination check; and (d) external inspection. Greenwich shall provide copies of the results of this inspection to Customer.

Receiving Inspection. For each shipment from Matritech to Konica, Konica shall perform the receiving inspection referred to the EXHIBIT B -INSPECTION STANDARDS. However, such receiving inspection can be neglected under the decision of Konica. Receiving Inspection. The CLIENT shall not carry out any receiving inspection that goes beyond due diligence. Taking into account the inspections carried out at the CONTRACTOR in accordance with this QA, the receiving inspection carried out by the CLIENT shall be limited to the inspection of the shipping note information, identification, certificates, quantity, and evident damage to the transport packaging. The CLIENT shall report defects which are discovered as part of the business process without delay.

Receiving Inspection. All materials received at Recovery Engineering, Inc. must pass through Receiving Inspection. Inspection levels vary from simple physical identification to complete dimensional and functional check, depending on past performance.
