Reciprocity Clause. Entities of countries which have been identified by the nodal Ministry/ Department as not allowing Indian companies to participate in their Government procurement for any item related to that nodal Ministry shall not be allowed to participate in Government procurement in India for all items related to that nodal Ministry/Department, except the list of items published by the Ministry/Department permitting their participation. The term entity of a country shall have the same meaning as under the FDI policy of DPIIT as amended from time to time.
Reciprocity Clause. 8.1 The Government agencies, research organizations, etc. seeking information/ data from IPA would be bound to share data owned by them and requested of them by IPA should there be a requirement of the same. All purchases on GeM shall also necessarily have the above provisions for items identified by nodal Ministry/ Department. 4.   • Severability Clause In case any provision in this Supplemental Indenture shall be invalid, illegal or unenforceable, the validity, legality and enforceability of the remaining provisions shall not in any way be affected or impaired thereby and such provision shall be ineffective only to the extent of such invalidity, illegality or unenforceability.
