RECONNECTION AFTER DISCONNECTION. (a) If, within 10 business days of your premises being disconnected, you request us to arrange reconnection of your premises and you pay to us all of our and the distribution entity’s reconnection charges in advance and rectify the cause that led us to arranging disconnection of your premises, we will arrange for the reconnection of your premises. (b) We may refuse to arrange reconnection and terminate your contract if we are allowed to do so under the Electricity Industry Code (such as where the circumstances leading to your disconnection have not been rectified).
