RECORDS SECTION. Senior Uniform Crime Reporters, Uniform Crime Reporters and Data Entry Operators in the Records Section of the Police Department may be assigned daily or weekly work schedules that vary from the normal daily and weekly Hours of Work provisions set out in Article 15 of the Collective Agreement. When such an assignment occurs the terms and conditions governing hours of work, overtime, sick leave, statutory holidays and annual vacations shall be as provided in Sections 1 through 5 below notwithstanding any of those provision contained elsewhere. However, provisions of the Collective Agreement not specifically mentioned in Sections 1 through 5 below shall apply. 1. The normal hours of work for a full-time employee shall, in a calendar year, be equivalent to an average of thirty-five (35) hours per week pursuant to the following: (i) Normal work days and hours of operation shall be seven (7) days a week, Sunday through to and including Saturday. (ii) Work day shifts between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:45 p.m. (iii) Schedules shall be based on an eight (8) week cycle. (iv) During this eight (8) week cycle each employee will be scheduled for thirty- two (32) days of work. (v) The normal day of work shall be eight and three quarters (8¾) hours of work at the straight time rate of pay. 2. Overtime rates shall apply where the daily hours of work exceed eight and three- quarters (8¾) hours, or where an employee works in excess of two hundred and eighty (280) hours in the eight (8) week cycle. 3. Statutory Holidays shall be based on the eleven (11) Statutory Holidays of the Collective Agreement being equivalent to seventy-seven (77) hours to be calculated and scheduled as statutory holiday time off work throughout the calendar year. 4. RECORDS SECTION. This Appendix is attached to and forms part of the Collective Agreement between the Victoria/Esquimalt Police Board and the Canadian Union of Public Employees, Local 50. This Appendix applies only to the Records Section employees working in the Victoria Police Department. This Appendix amends various Sections of the Collective Agreement for such employees. Where a conflict arises between this Appendix and the Collective Agreement, this Appendix shall always apply.

  • REMOVAL OF RECORDS FROM PREMISES Where performance of the Contract involves use by the Contractor (or the Contractor’s subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, agents or subcontractors) of Authorized User owned or licensed papers, files, computer disks or other electronic storage devices, data or records at Authorized User facilities or offices, or via remote access, the Contractor (or the Contractor’s subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, agents or subcontractors) shall not remotely access, modify, delete, copy or remove such Records without the prior written approval of the Authorized User. In no case, with or without the written approval of the Authorized User, can the Authorized User data be accessed, moved or sent outside the continental United States.

  • Records, Audits and Reports The Company shall maintain at its principal office the Company’s records and accounts of all operations and expenditures of the Company including the following: 9.1 A current list in alphabetical order of the full name and last known business or resident address of the Member, together with the Capital Contribution and the share in profits and losses of the Member; 9.2 A copy of the Certificate of Formation and all amendments thereto, together with any powers of attorney pursuant to which the Certificate of Formation or any amendments thereto were executed; 9.3 Copies of the Company’s Federal, state, and local income tax or information returns and reports, if any, for the six most recent taxable years; 9.4 Copies of this Agreement and any amendments thereto together with any powers of attorney pursuant to which any written accounting or any amendments thereto were executed; 9.5 Copies of any financial statements of the Company, if any, for the six most recent years; and 9.6 The Company’s books and records as they relate to the internal affairs of the Company for at least the current and past four fiscal years.

  • Access to Records; Contractor Financial Records Contractor agrees that District and its authorized representatives are entitled to review all Contractor books, documents, papers, plans, and records, electronic or otherwise (“Records”), directly pertinent to this Contract for the purpose of making audit, examination, excerpts, and transcripts.

  • Records Retention Contractor shall maintain books, records, documents, and other evidence pertaining to this Contract and orders placed by Purchasers under it to the extent and in such detail as shall adequately reflect contract performance and administration of purchases, payments, taxes, and fees. Contractor shall retain such records for a period of six (6) years following expiration or termination of this Contract or final payment for any order placed by a Purchaser against this Contract, whichever is later; Provided, however, that if any litigation, claim, or audit is commenced prior to the expiration of this period, such period shall extend until all such litigation, claims, or audits have been resolved.

  • Records Maintenance The Contractor shall maintain books, records, documents, data and other evidence relating to this contract and performance of the services described herein, including but not limited to accounting procedures and practices that sufficiently and properly reflect all direct and indirect costs of any nature expended in the performance of this contract. The Contractor shall retain such records for a period of six years following the date of final payment. At no additional cost, these records, including materials generated under the contract, shall be subject at all reasonable times to inspection, review or audit by COMMERCE, personnel duly authorized by COMMERCE, the Office of the State Auditor, and federal and state officials so authorized by law, regulation or agreement. If any litigation, claim or audit is started before the expiration of the six (6) year period, the records shall be retained until all litigation, claims, or audit findings involving the records have been resolved.
