Regular Bus Drivers. If the Association is not satisfied with the disposition of the grievance submitted by a regular driver at Level II, rendered by the superintendent or designee or if no disposition has been made within the period above provided, the Association may submit the grievance to arbitration before an impartial arbitrator provided written notice of intention to arbitrate is given the Employer and the American Arbitration Association within twenty (20) workdays following conclusion of Formal Level II. The arbitrator shall be selected by the American Arbitration Association in accord with its rules which shall likewise govern the arbitration proceedings. Neither the Employer nor the Association shall be permitted to assert in such arbitration proceeding any ground or to rely on any evidence not previously disclosed to the other party. The arbitrator shall have no power to alter, add to, or subtract from the terms of this Agreement. Both parties agree to be bound by the award of the arbitrator, and that judgment thereon may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction. The fees and expenses of the arbitrator shall be shared equally by the Association and Employer.
Regular Bus Drivers. The District will assign bus-driving routes in August prior to the beginning of the school year. Drivers shall have the opportunity to bid for routes, and a driver’s experience, training and seniority shall be considered in awarding route assignments.
Regular Bus Drivers. Regular Bus Drivers will be guaranteed a minimum of four (4) hours per day, five (5) days per week, for ten (10) months in each calendar year. Notwithstanding the above, part-time employees shall exercise their seniority as per Article V, provided, however, that regular job incumbents are not displaced.
Regular Bus Drivers. The hours per day shall be calculated during September and be times from storage to storage. An additional fifteen (15) minutes each time the bus leaves storage shall be added for the performance of pre-trip inspections and one-half (1/2) hour per day shall be added as clean up time.

  • Regular Hours The regular hours of work each day shall be consecutive except that they may be interrupted by a lunch period.

  • Regular Work Day A regular work day shall consist of six and one-half (6½) hours between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.

  • Regular Work Week The regular work week shall be any five (5) consecutive days, Sunday through Saturday, for a total regular work week of forty (40) working hours, subject to the applicable premiums where provided for in this Agreement. Notwithstanding the above, employees may volunteer to work schedules that fall outside of the regular work week of Sunday through Saturday and may do so, upon approval by the Company, and with no penalty cost to the Company, but with applicable premiums as provided for in this Agreement.

  • Regular Benefits The Executive shall also be entitled to participate in any and all employee benefit plans, medical insurance plans, life insurance plans, disability income plans, retirement plans, bonus incentive plans and other benefit plans from time to time in effect for senior executives of the Employer. Such participation shall be subject to (i) the terms of the applicable plan documents, (ii) generally applicable policies of the Employer and (iii) the discretion of the Board of Directors of the Employer or any administrative or other committee provided for in or contemplated by such plan.
