Common use of Regular Daily Hours Clause in Contracts

Regular Daily Hours. ‌ The regular work day shall consist of eight (8) consecutive hours between 7:00 a.m. and 9:00 p.m., exclusive of a lunch period which shall not exceed one (1) hour. An Employee who works more than four and one-half (4½) consecutive hours shall be given a meal period. The meal period may be waived by mutual agreement between the Employee and the Employer.
