Regular Salary Schedule. The salary schedules may be found in Appendix B. Effective September 1, 2016, or such earlier date as is adopted by the Board as the first teacher work day for the new school year, the base salary shall be $39,633. Regular Salary Schedule. All employees regardless of field or level taught, will be placed on the salary schedule, Appendix III, in accordance with said schedule and the provisions contained in this section. For the 2021 – 2022 school year each cell in the Salary schedule shall increase by the IPD as identified by the state for salary allocation plus two (2) percent. For the 2022 – 2023 school year, each cell in the Salary schedule shall again increase by the IPD plus two (2) percent. In addition, there will be one (1) additional work day for professional development added in 2022-2023, to be included in the employee work calendar, and which will result in an increase to the salary schedule of 0.55%. Regular Salary Schedule Placement‌ A. Teachers transferring into the Yellow Springs School District shall be given substantial credit for prior teaching experience. Credit will be given such that the teacher’s salary will equal or exceed the salary for which the teacher would be eligible if placed on the State minimum salary schedule in the column and on the step indicating his or her preparation and years of experience. Any former teacher of the Yellow Springs School District who is re-employed within a period not exceeding five (5) years shall be placed on the salary schedule in the next step above the one on which his or her salary was based when he or she left the Yellow Springs School District, or shall be given credit for teaching experience as provided in this section, whichever is greater. Regular Salary Schedule. 1a School Year 2003-2004 teachers’ and psychologists’ salary schedules shall be decreased .5% (one half percent) from the 2002-2003 salary schedule reflecting a school year of 186 work days (180 instructional days, 3 duty days, 3 staff development days). Work days for non-186 day unit members’ calendars shall be decreased by one day from 2002-2003. This decrease shall be applied to all unit members.

  • Salary Schedule The salaries of Employees covered by this Agreement are set forth in the salary schedule in Appendix B which is attached to and incorporated into this Agreement.
