Common use of Regular Weekly Hours Clause in Contracts

Regular Weekly Hours. ‌ The regular work week shall consist of forty (40) hours as follows: Any five (5) days from Sunday through Saturday. The two (2) days off shall be consecutive except for Full-Time Employees who may have split days off one (1) week in three (3). Full-Time Employees may also waive the two (2) consecutive days off by mutual agreement between the Employee and the Employer.
