Common use of Regular Work Week Clause in Contracts

Regular Work Week. 6.1.1 The regular workweek for full-time employees shall consist of five (5) consecutive days of eight (8) consecutive hours per day and forty (40) hours per week. 6.1.2 The regular workweek shall be Monday through Friday, except for any employee mutually agreeing with the County Office to work a different schedule.
