Regular Workday and Workweek. The regular workday will be determined by the requirements of the operation schedule developed by CSI and/or its clients. In the event there is a change in a workweek schedule CSI will give as much advance notice as operationally feasible.
Regular Workday and Workweek. Definition. The regular workday shall be eight (8) hours of work within a twenty-four (24) hour period and shall commence when a patrol officer starts work or is scheduled to start work. The regular workweek shall be forty (40) hours per week and such additional time as may from time to time be required in the judgment of the City to serve the citizens of the City and shall commence with the patrol officer’s first regular workday commencing on or after Sunday of each week.
Regular Workday and Workweek. The regular workday shall normally be 9:00 a.m. until 6:00 p.m., Monday through Friday for the employees working at the Parking Garage. The regular workday for employees driving the traffic routes will normally be from 7:30 a.m. until 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. The workdays and hours to which employees are assigned shall insofar as practicable be posted on department bulletin boards. Should it be necessary, in the interest of efficient operation, to establish daily or weekly work schedules departing from the regular workday or the regular workweek, notice of such change shall be given to the Union so far in advance as is reasonably practicable. The regular workweek for full-time employees shall be forty (40) hours per week and such additional time as may from time to time be required in the judgment of the City and shall commence with the employee's first regular workday commencing on or after Sunday of each week. Part-time employees are hired to work specific days and hours. Switching of hours is not allowed unless requested in writing in advance and approved by the supervisor. Switching of hours pursuant to the preceding sentence shall not result in overtime.
Regular Workday and Workweek. The regular workday shall consist of eight (8) consecutive hours, exclusive of lunch periods, and the regular workweek shall consist of five (5) consecutive eighthour days, Monday through Friday.

  • Workday and Workweek The regular workweek of a full-time employee in the bargaining unit shall be forty (40) hours and shall consist of five (5) consecutive days of eight (8) hours per day.

  • Regular Work Week The regular work week shall be any five (5) consecutive days, Sunday through Saturday, for a total regular work week of forty (40) working hours, subject to the applicable premiums where provided for in this Agreement. Notwithstanding the above, employees may volunteer to work schedules that fall outside of the regular work week of Sunday through Saturday and may do so, upon approval by the Company, and with no penalty cost to the Company, but with applicable premiums as provided for in this Agreement.

  • Regular Work Day A regular work day shall consist of six and one-half (6½) hours between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.

  • Work Day and Work Week The normal work day shall consist of up to 8 hours of work within a 24-hour period. The normal work week shall consist of up to 40 hours of work within a 7-day period. The Employer may define the work week on an individual, department, shift or facility basis in accordance with Federal and State law.

  • Workweek A regularly re-occurring period of one hundred and sixty-eight (168) hours consisting of seven (7) consecutive twenty-four (24) hour periods. Workweeks will normally begin at 12:00 a.m. on Sunday and end at 12:00 midnight the following Saturday or as otherwise designated by the appointing authority. If there is a change in their workweek, employees will be given written notification by the appointing authority or their designee.
