Common use of Regular Working Hours Clause in Contracts

Regular Working Hours. The normal hours of work for Regular Full-time Employees shall average forty (40) hours per week and shall normally total eight (8) hours per shift inclusive of break periods but exclusive of a one-half (1/2) hour unpaid meal period. Nothing herein shall constitute a guarantee of hours per week or per day.
